1. Identify the real cause of stress.
2. Events causing stress should be noted and analysed once in a month.
3. Your reactions to each stressful event should be recalled and compared with one another.
4. Try not to give immediate response to stressful events. Take a little time to think.
5. When tension comes ask your inner self (Mind) for a solution. It is often more calm than you.
6. The past is the past. Concentrate on future events, gather courage, and use willpower.
7. Don't be bothered too much by your mistakes. Find out the reason for it and learn from it.
8. Face all situations with confidence.
9. Keep faith in God and worship Him.
10. Always hope for the best.
